The food was delicious. The Hakka restaurant was especially amazing. The service was excellent, and the staff were helpful. The sushi lady Cruz and chef Bahena were the best.
The hotel shaded the beach and pool. Therefore, there was no sun after 3:30 pm. The room was tired and grubby. There was no balcony. The sheets were old and scratchy. The bed was uncomfortable.

mixed experience, some concerns
comfy bedslimited drink selectionunhygienic glass-washing
the beds were comfy , but the room decoration was simple.
the drink selection felt limited , with only one beer option at the bars. brands of choice within the all-inclusive were lacking , i would need to pay extra for premium alcohol. the pool bar's glass-washing system was unhygienic , i saw glasses rinsed repeatedly in the same water.
